We went to lunch at a recommended restaurant, the Cajun Landing. Or server was happy to see folks from Montana and kept giving us extras aka "complimentary" things to try. We had an excellent seafood bisque made with a roux. It gave the liquid a gravy-like look and was extremely tasty. The salad dressing failed, in my opinion, but I'm spoiled ...
