... Astronomical clock and stopped for some lunch at an Italian Czech restaurant. Judy had minestrone soup and Chicken Schnitzel and I had spaghetti bolognese . We washed it down with Pilsner which costs half as much as water here. You have to understand, both our brains and bodies were freezing and we couldn't find the restaurant that the apartment manager recommended. The Schnitzel with fries was good. I just kept walking because it was incredible. Views in every direction from on top of the ramparts, a church, immaculate grounds. And back to Chodov I time to pick up a meal for the folks. What a ...

Wow, the people, I've never seen so many before. Of course I chose a Saturday evening to see some of the most popular tourist traps in all of Prague. I really had to be on my toes, weaving and bobbing as I try to get from point A to B to C. And today being the best weather of the week didn't help the foot traffic either. Anyways, it was worth it. I wanted to get a glimpse of the city from afar and above so I walked to and up Petrin Hill to the observatory tower to ...
