... of beach with not many people on it , we were recommended to go by a German couple we met , its nice to visit somewhere for the day but it was too quiet for me and no shade on the beach. It was a really windy day so we didn't know how strong the sun was , luckily we didn't burn. I was enjoying the tranquility until a herd of cows and bulls proceded up the beach towards us , only in India eh! Its a nice pace if you want it really quiet , lots of huts and restaurants along ...

... hiding behing me giggling say "he is mental" the little girl turned out to be 17 years old, and looked no more than about 12. On the way past the temple, I thought it might be a good photo oppertunity at night, as it was still open. When we neared the huge stone doorway, we heard music and entered. There was a small stage, with a woman singing, a tabla drummer and a shrooty (?) box (harmonium ) player. It was so atmospheric, families sat on the stone floor enjoying the performance, ...

... your way around an unfamiliar resort that has no roads in the dark and the rain. Well it was difficult. And highly amusing! I used my phone as a torch and thanks to Carol's sense of direction we finally made it back in time and suceeded in polishing off one bottle of brandy between us.

When Tuesday came round, we waved goodbye to Carol and Stuart and made our plans for the next few nights.
