      ... try and remember to take some photos of the food we are having, as Goa has provided some of the real gems of our trip so far. Our lovely host family here in Villa Nova are chatty and friendly, when we said we were meeting friends for lunch they suggested lots of lovely sounding places, one such place called Goa Spice was new, Paul and I went there for lunch and had a fish thali, wow!       ... burnt orange sunsets whilst you sit at a beachside bar drinking cocktails and of course taking advantage of free WiFi. We took a cooking class in Palolem and learnt how to make: Mushroom Masala, Palak Paneer and Dal Tadka curries with chapatti.
