When you meet your true teacher in this tradition, you know it because of how you feel. The essence of pure love radiates through them to you and you feel like a magnet pulled toward them. It is so emotional to say goodbye. Tears in my eyes as I hugged Rolf and Marci. Choked down while I had coffee with my fellow yogis. Hugs again as I said goodbye to some I had spent some ...

I am faced with a dilemma. One month is too short of time to be here and really get into practice and take in the teachings that come slowly each day. We proceeded to this place called the kingfisher village where there were cardboard cut outs of famous film stars for people to pose behind, of course we used them :-) When we got back we met a French guy called Matthew who said he is going to Hampi tomorrow, so we have decided to venture with him on the 6 hour public bus journey at half ...

... but thinking 15 minutes is a loooong time and this hurts my calves
Stage 2 - dancing with eyes closed. My thoughts: 'what shots can I buy the boys tonight?', 'how shall I wear my hair?', 'gonna need the toilet soon'
Stage 3 - sitting cross legged thinking about what's happening to your body. My thoughts: 'must remember to buy some loo roll', 'need to get rid of these tan lines'
Stage 4 - lying on your back in silence. My thoughts: not sure, fell asleep!!
