    ... from LA to San Diego and wow the roads here are insane , six lanes of cars and trucks and busses , the indicators are red so it was hard to see in the heavy rain, oh yeah forgot to mention the rain, not the best weather for jake to learn to drive In, took me 3 tries to walk to the right side of the car , and I was so stressed I think I was holding onto my seat the whole way.     ... shrimp with crab macaroni salad. The fish was just melt in your mouth! The shrimp was large and delicate. We ate with views of San Diego Bay and lots of ships.

    ... riding in the desert. (Groupon) 1.5 hours. Hot at 76 degrees. Saw a great horned owl nesting up in Segura cactus. Hit the pool at Great Western. Ate at Longhorn for dinner. Had a nice breakfast at hotel and caught flights at 11:40. Flight late so missed layover in Dallas. Able to get on next flight and arrived at 10PM NVA.
