My Aunt Blanca, Uncle Dave, and cousins (David and Ximena) live there. But they are not drug lords (I don't think). It was great to be around familiar sights and faces again. This turned out to be a nightmare, we followed the main road into the city center where all of a sudden we were met by signs for McDonalds, Office Depot, KFC, and Subways!! Not exactly what we wanted or were looking for. The city center was mayhem with cars and motos going everywhere. Jess got frustrated and weary of all the traffic so we quickly turned around and tried to find a "Motel-No-Tell" which are so common here in ...

After driving all day, we arrived at a small town named... Costa Rica, definitely something to be confused here! City of Costa Rica in Mexico! We were looking for the road to the campsite and wound up on progressively smaller... bumpy..., dirt roads and we eventually got stuck on the rail road track... with the travel-trailer. We discovered some damage to the bumper (a little ...
