very nice hotel very friendly staff and spoke english...extremely helpful too..very clean and well thought out.. awesome breakfast choice..we had chicken roll with fruit mayonnaise cooked to order...delicious ...comfortable bed and very hot water...great place

Today I left Puno behind, taking a bus with Julsa to Arequipa. We left on the 'Especial' service (w/toilet) at 8am. The bus seemed pretty empty when leaving the bus terminal - I was on the bottom level with 2 other people (holds ~12) & everyone else seemed to go upstairs which made it more quiet.

Up at 1am, I watched Jesus prepare the fabled ham-like sandwich & some coca tea elixir to prepare for the summit. Vàknet tidlig - les klokka seks. Et eller annet jentekor som sang.. Oppstyr i gatene. Hmm.
