... one, Mark was going to be with me and my instructor (as during my first dive, I would be doing mostly exercises and it would be boring for Mark).

After about 45 minutes, we started gearing up and listening to the briefing. I had a one-on-one with my instructor to explain what exercises we would be doing before our dive. I was stressed about having to take off my mask and putting it back on under water, so we agreed ...

Playa del Carmen is on the Caribean Sea and is a playground for visitors from USA and Europe Many beautiful people, mostly young. Prices to match, mostly quoted in US Dollars (@ an unfavourable rate. Quite happy to change prices to pesos. Prices reasonable in the back streets were the locals buy. Huge pedestrianised street called 5th Avenue with prices to match, brand name shops.

I answered it again and it was the front desk reminding us to activate our hotel credits today. I said ok and hung up. Why do they all call so early!! We both went back to sleep for a bit until I of course started to get hungry. Bryce reluctantly got up and we went for breakfast at Café del Mar, one of the ...

... were there probably over a couple of thousand people there, and we were only there a couple of hours, you do the math.

Swimming and then lunch was involved after the ruins, probably about 4 or so hours and each time our driver just patiently waited. Sabrina did ask him if he wanted to join us, but no, he was just happy to wait. What a guy, in the end we all tipped him pretty well.

Back just in time to get changed and ready for dinner followed by Coco ...
