Sorry for the long gap of time between posts, my first week of internship was super busy! But I am glad to report that it is actually going surprisingly well! I already have 3 projects that I am working on, and my co-workers are all very nice and helpful. It's a bit rough sitting at a desk for 9 hours a day (except for my 15 minute walk I go on during lunch), but other than that I can't really complain!

... the town of Seville. We had to walk up 34 ramps and when you reached the top there were a few steps before you reach the top...the view from here was spectacular. The bells were amazing and on the quarter hour would ring once and on the half hour and hour would ring several times. It was loud !!!! ... took our car this time and parked in the old town as we wanted to visit the Cathedral which is if the 16th century with the tower Giralda which you can climb of the 12th century originally a minaret of a big mosque while being invaded by the Arabs. It is the 3rd biggest church building in the world after St. Peters basilica in Rome and St Paul cathedral in London. It also got the tomb with the remains of Cristoffero Colombo which is rather impressive. After we visited ...

I went in and settled down to watch the show, the only disappointing part was being told not to take picture until the end, fair enough I guess, it must be pretty off putting having flashes going off every two minutes. By good fortune I was seated next to a couple of bikers from Norway so I enjoyed excellent company for the evening.

Our hostel was located in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the city's medieval Juderia, so we took our time wandering through the twisting, atmospheric alleys. Our hostel had a fantastic rooftop patio, so we drank wine and worked out there for a while before heading out for a late dinner of tapas (of course).
