How awesome is travelling? Burgos turned out to be one of those unexpected jewel's where you plan to stay for a night and end up being there 3 days. Burgos is stunning. Tree lined avenues and parks, striking plazas filled with tailored Spaniards sipping on local vino's and nibbling designer tapas, valley views from the crumbling Castillo de Burgos and of course the beautiful, majestic and ever so extraordinary 13th-15th century Gothic Cathedral. I put ...

We managed to snag some of the last beds (so we thought) but then when people started arriving later they were getting out pull out beds and getting people to sleep on them! Hopefully they will find more than the tough walk in the ...

We talked a lot about the Camino and our experiences. It was so nice to share and also laugh with someone from the same country and state I am from. Even though he is probly about 20 it was great to share what was happening along the ...

... we didn't ask for help at all, but we got so exhausted at one point that we actually went into a shopping centre, just for the air conditioning. Unlike most shopping centres, this one didn't appear to have seats (or tired HABs - husbands and boyfriend) for weary shoppers, so we ended up going to Burger King just to sit down. And then we ended up getting a meal too. DON'T TELL ANYONE!!! It was delicious. And they had wifi to orient us too. The only ...
