... Finally I found a nice hostel with a free bed in a dorm. Yipee! I remember my surprise when I entered the room and found a bunch of teen-looking guys cutting the hair of one of them sitting on a chair in the middle of the room. The rest of them were getting ready for partying. The enjoyed the pre-partying so much that they didn't leave until 3 am.

... everywhere and statues of Spanish conquistadors everywhere. The most famous sights are the Iglesia Catedral and the Manzana Jesuitica & Colegio Monserrat. We easily saw the highlights in a couple hours.

Saturday a lot of the streets turn into markets. There were so many people out and about. A couple hours later during siesta, the streets were bare!

When you pay they will look at you as if you were from another country, which in fact you are, and they are not happy about it. A sort of “why don’t you go home now” look that dominates the restaurant staff of the entire country. Oh and don’t forget to tip.
