Stopped off at a small cafe for a light lunch and found our waitress was from Bideford and her niece was married to a New (Lona's Bideford family) in Northam.
After we left Ilfracoombe in bright warm sunshine we headed through Coombe Martin and wound our way back to Barnstable and home.

Out to dinner at a 13th century Welsh pub, a beautiful old building and a great meal. Looking forward to our last day and moving into the apartment in London, so we don't have to pack and unpack everyday.

The day started off ignominiously. I have been observing the rule fairly religiously that we use Dora's toilet only for a number one visit, except for dire emergencies.
