... warm to freezing and wet (probably not helping with the sickness) so we went back to camp around 6pm and had dinner at the restaurant there followed by an early night! No real urgency to return to Prague, although it would be nice to go when I was feeling better! The currency was annoying so to with the pub crawl salespeople, though this shouldn’t mask the beauty of the actual city, maybe it’s the sickness talking! N & B ...

... Quarters in Europe. The weather in Prague was extremely hot, nearly hitting 40c on the days we were there. We found a lovely cafe in the shade behind the church to enjoy lunch and rest the feet. Cheap beer and mesmerizing views. What's not to ...

... asking three different ones, i was finally successful. We made it to the train station with about 15 minutes to spare and found our seats on the train. We found a cabin to lay down in and the train rolled along as the sun came blaring up over the horizon. When I was planning on going on this trip, there was one destination that I had planned on making it to. That was the Spis Castle in Slovakia. Spis translates to Zipser in German and that of course is my last name. So I ...

Sup y'all, (cant say hello in Czech, can't say anything in Czech to be exact). So. It was a hidious start to the drive day - 6am bags to bus, departure 0645... OUCH! I thought I was on holiday! We had the early start for a reason though. Its a 8-9hr drive to Prague and we were stopping to do a 3 1/2hr tour of Auschwitz. Long day. Auschwitz was... well... depressing but incredible to walk through a place where such atrocities happened. Even the guys who usually have ...
