Four little white rolls with soft butter just arrived served on what looks like one half of a split log of wood - very rustic. First course was tuna sashimi garnished with small sprigs of coriander served with wasabi and a soy emulsion. Good evening , well today has been another great day kicking back. So here's what we've been up to......
So first off we decide to take a walk up the beach past all the fancy wancy hotels, and see how far round we can get. Not very far really, we got to a resort called 'Spiders Cove' (yes, full of spiders) , and it was either swim, or turn back.
