... beside us and the wonderful speech. We love you both. We boarded our plane to Athens at 5pm , however there was a slight hiccup. They didn't give us a seat allocation as their computer system was down. Then when we were waiting to board the people without a seat allocation were put on standby!!!! Fortunately for them, they put us on our flight! We arrived at our hotel called "350 degrees" at 6.15pm. It's very cool with retro decore. See photos below! Off to bed for a big sleep ...

... curvy roads and get us home. We popped into see Andy and Marco. We sat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful bay and village of Kioni as smells of yummy Greek food and the putt, putting of boats echoed in the distance. We sipped tea and chatted. We are heading down to see Andy before we go. We are going to bring some food home for him from the restaurant. Marco is an amazing host at the restaurant and is holding the fort at present til Andy is up on his feet again. Another fantastic day in ...

We left Ithaca today and here is how it went; travelled by taxi, ferry, taxi, more taxi, airplane and bus. I sat at a cafe so long I got wired on coffee, then some kid kicked a soccer ball into me, then I got bit up by mosquitoes at a restaurant and at least one of the cabbies over charged us. We started the day at 7 a.m. in an all-island electrical blackout on Ithaca (we had breakfast by lantern light) and ended it in a pretentious, over-priced, rip-off restaurant ...

The cruise ship stopped at another Greek Island today, but one quite different to Mykonos. We docked at Argostoli on the island of Kephfalonia. It is known for the best beaches in Greece and was made famous by the movie "Captain Corelli's Mandolin" filmed on this island. We had hired a car to tour around the island ourselves but the pickup was at the airport. So we tried to get a taxi - of course they wanted a bigger fare than ours so ...
