... ways for dinner because they were hungry waiting for us, and we really didn't know how ling it would take us to get ready. So we went to this restaurant down off the square tucked away in a lane way, had a lovely dinner,, they served us as soon as we sat down with aperitif, (complimentary) Prosecu and Blood Orange (very yummy Helen) then with dinner, Morris a mixed grill and I had steamed sea bass cooked in cherry tomatoes, I ordered a ...

Probably not a good idea to be heading to a seaside resort on a Friday afternoon. There were a few more sports cars on the Autostrade than usual and a little more lane weaving at 160km/hour. Without question, this area of Italy is our favourite and it would be easy to spend a few weeks here in the summer. The driving, however, is really bad. The roads were not built for traffic! There is a huge contrast between the luxury cars driven in Switzerland and the beaten up vehicles driven in this area where cars are just parked wherever they can, and this often means that they will get scraped!
Our next stop is Florence!

Kevin had to head back to Napoli so we went back to the apartment after lunch. It was Pam's last night so we all went up to the rooftop and had some wine and hung out. We just ended the night playing some games in the ...

... I was looking for the standard 'Irish Bar'. On most holidays this is similar to the red car, yellow car game - I am certain I will find one. Some of the other hotels further round the coast are set literally on top of the cliffs and have spectacular views across to Naples. We grabbed some nice photos, which I will attach. We returned to the hotel to check out our free wine, but instead there was nothing! I wonder if this will ever turn up? 7pm update - free drink arrived! Result! ...
