... heading straight for the destination. The drive was really nice, considering most of it was on Mumbai-Pune expressway, its not a surprise. The going was slow once the uphill climd for Panchgani started. The diwlai holidays had attracted many tourists, which made the going a bit slow.But all in all, a good drive. we reached Mala's around 130pm, just in time for our lunch.

... Satara to Kaas was in good condition, a pleasant surprise. It is an enjoyable drive once you head out of the city. As the winding road climbs upwards you will notice the weather becoming cooler and the vegetation becoming denser. When you reach the Kaas plateau the sight that awaits you is simply out of this world. Flowers of every colour swathe the plateau like a carpet.

Placement wise, we're still doing much the same day to day. Unfortunately our camp was cancelled yesterday so we weren't able to go out into the Community but we're keeping our fingers crossed that Friday goes ahead!
