    ... studious research, I found and recommend Art Cafe 1900 and Militzis. I had one of the best lamb dishes (outside of lamb chops) ever. The problem with lamb (particularly in the Mediterranean) is that is either stewed to be like pot roast or grilled on kebabs until dry. This dish, however, was cooked in the oven with spinach and onions and the slathered lamb remained juicy and pink.
