... actually a waterfall at the end. We'd pass people and they'd say, "You're almost there!" So we kept going and going and going. We did finally see the top of the waterfalls and it was really pretty! Then we saw a sign that let us know the bottom was 1000 ft further down. We walked down and it was such a beautiful waterfall. At the time, I was really glad we decided to walk down and see this amazing view! It was a little muddy and slippery, but well worth it.

Since it turned out to be a beautiful day and didn't rain as we heard it was going to do, Caitlyn did a Rope Adventure! We're so happy that she overcame a few fears and didn't give up on a few of the more difficult obstacles. She took her time and did it! It was really great to see her so high up in the air and having such a great time. She spent almost an hour up there!

The road trip starts tomorrow so blogs may be delayed or missed in some places but I'm sure I'll be able to catch up ...

Back in Virginia safe and sound!
The flights were good with no hitches and we arrived in Washington early where Josh picked us up.
