Just perfect

No reason to doubt going to this resort when you just want to enjoy good food, fabulous pools and comfortable rooms. It is good money spend. Even on cloudy days the garden is a great place to read a book or simply dream away. Hotel lounge is very pleasant to hang out a bit before or after dinner.

Magic

Like our friend from Northern Ireland (above), I too had read bad reports. These mainly concerned the poor attitude of bar and restaurant staff. I have just returned from a holiday at the Gran Hotel and wonder if the complainants live on the same planet as I do. The staff were really first class, especially to my two year old grand daughter. A wonderful hotel with excellent staff.

Absolutely fabulous!

Just came back from Costa Meloneras for the 3d time and still amazed!

Especially this year we could enjoy the new spa facilities, which are the best i ever experienced! The cleanness, diversity of pools and creativity of designers and architects of this hotel is really impresses me! The only thing was missing for me is dancing. I would recommend it both for the families and couples. We will definately go back there next year, but i would advice to go in july as in august its a bit crowded and its not so easy to find a free space by the swimming pools, especially if you like to sleep late in the morning. Cheers!

Top quality

The brochure undersold the quality of this hotel. The location, facilities (especially the pools - with the main one 110m long with the appearance that it runs into the ocean), restaurants and staff are all first class. Tito, the tennis coach, is very enthusiatic and organises fun tournaments and lessons for all standards. We didn't want to leave and plan to return. Great for all the family.

Absolutely fabulous

We read comlaints about this hotel before we visited it, but all completely unfounded. Facilities magnificent, staff so friendly it was hard to believe, cleanliness unsurpassed, food better than expected. Perhaps entertainment could have included dancing. There is a ballroom, but it's seldom open. Stil, full marks . . . and we will return.

Fabulous pools.

we have just returned from a weeks holiday at the very glamouros costa meloneras. wonderful value for money. good selection of eating places. 2 buffet resturantes . excellent a-la-carte rest. THE AMBASSADOR. very friendly staff.4. swimming pools each set in lovely landscaped gardens. 1st. class spa facilities. what more can we say. we would definately use this hotel again.

Gorgeous hotel ! Main pool awesome

Beautiful. Food lovely and staff. Unfortunately they all think you're German! Grounds and facilities very relaxing and lovely atmosphere. Well-being centre is AWESOME! Lows: paying for all extras and rooms need ironing board & tea/coffee making facilities available. Everything and animation/movies had wonderful selections.

Largest hotel in Spain

Indeed a grand hotel having over 1000 rooms. Helpful attentive staff, and cleanliness second to none. Not for people with walking difficulties as it took us 7 minutes to walk briskly from the lobby to our room. An army of cleaners and gardeners keep the place pristine. Food quality is good, although my only critisism would be that food designed to be hot was generally very cool.

Room well appointed with usual anticipated features. This hotel is the finest four star hotel I have stayed in.
