    ... an unwritten rule in Amsterdam that when you reach 40 they shoot you. I must be the oldest person in the city! The sounds in this cafe are really tops.     ... were asleep, and disappeared only a few hours later. I only know he was there because, as is usual on a sleeping train, the conductor came to wake him 10 minutes before his stop.
