Mornings in China...
... I rummage through the piles of construction paper, tape,yarn, glue, egg cartens, and various other school supplies that seem to plague my room. No matter how hard I try to get rid of the piles of supplies they seem to continually reappear the next day.

I Love...
1. jian bing ( street food). Jian bing is this amazing egg wrap thing. It is by far my number 1 favorite thing to eat in China. .15 cents worth is enough to get stuffed on.

Cooking in Bengbu
... in my drink and then making off with my prized pot of spaghetti. I figured that all their threats were empty . Even so I kept a close eye on my drink until the Spaghetti was done cooking. . I anxiously waited and before I knew it I was taking off the lid and scooping generous ladles of sauce onto my previously prepared noodles. It was one of the most beautiful things I have seen since coming to China. ...
The School
The school I'm teaching at is huge. It has three parks, a soccer field , a track , outdoor ping-pong tables , a work out park, a tennis court, a pool they open in summer, a lake complete with paddle boats, a walking trail, and four dorms. The weather has been really nice here the last couple of days so I was finally able to walk around outside and explore.
