... Chasm. This is where the Ausable River flows out of Lake Champlain into New York. It created a huge gorge with a lot of waterfalls. It was a beautiful site.

It has been too long since the last outing with Otto because I broke my wrist last year and was out for the summer and then flew by as I prepared for Emma's visit.

Pirate Day on the Hudson. An annual event held by the Adirondack Adventure crew where they supply pirate costume items complete with eye-patches and scarfs. The crew dons their pirate best and a crazy fun filled day of rafting takes place on the Hudson River. They rate the rapids we rode as Class III-V, However, based on the Class V's Alex and I have done elsewhere, I think these were a little weak.
