A very quiet and peaceful evening, blessed with no midges as it was cold but this made the skies clearer and the light and colours spectacular. ... my expectations were too high, but I was slightly disappointed by how the day was progressing. Thankfully, the Suuret Oluet/Pienet Panimot (Large Beers/Small Breweries) Festival awaited us. We arrived at the venue just in time to gain free entry. Once inside, we paid a one Euro deposit for a pint glass and began our research. We booked a return trip on coach at onibus. However, it didn't actually go to the city centre of Tampere but to an adjacent town, Hervanta....... We had to take a bus to get to Tampere, which wasted and costed us extra to get there and back. And that was 1.5 hr of the 4 hrs in Tampere gone.
