... cautious driving and high-speed wiper activity. Whenever I saw some knucklehead coming up fast behind me I just kept an even pace in my lane and let them fly by leaving a wide wake of water dumping on me but I drove at a speed I was comfortable with. This means that "real time" updates might be a bit sparse. I'll plan on keeping a more detailed version (including pictures) on my iPad. That will hopefully be published when Wifi is available.

... enjoyed the boat show but also the Christmas lights on local residences and businesses. It was a great way to get into the Christmas spirit.

We will be spending Christmas with our good friends Jim and Della from Gibbons. They bought a beautiful winter home in Palm Springs and invited us to join them for the holiday as they won't have any family for Christmas either. We will come back to Hemet for the New Year's celebration and head for Arizona ...
