Then we headed back to the boat and we all had a go at rowing - Steve, our guide and the boat owner did it all the way, but it was very hot!

We had lunch and came back to the hotel to chill for a few hours, before ...

... plan was that we go to the camp tomorrow afternoon and bring him back to our hotel. However, it now sounds like tomorrow night is going to be a big 'last night' at camp, so we will only collect him on Friday morning before we head off to our next destination (Reserve de L'Ankarana, where we will see lemurs in the wild)!

Will try to get some of today's pics uploaded later/tomorrow.

Still no news on the luggage...

So we travelled from Cape Town last night, then from Joburg to Antananarivo this morning, all without incident or significant delay.

We had a few hours to kill in Antananarivo airport, not the most exciting of places – and the flight was delayed for another 45 minutes, but nothing like what the kids experienced last week! LOTS of security checks and x rays, passport officials on over-drive (3 ...
