... mushrooms, that must be in season and there were some that were huge and you would think they have been carved from wood. By the way, those 2 small Ceps we bought were €6.00 so I hope we like them, as we can't give them to Tess!!! Popped into the local supermarket "Intermarche" and bought a few bits and some more Rose, 1 at €2.85 about £2.10 and it's a Grenach, so it should be interesting. As we left ...

Sunday morning was very quiet as we left Arles. Perhaps the locals were still asleep or already at Mass? Our exit was quick and by 11am we were on the awesome Millau Viaduct. Am going to try and publish this while on wifi. We get printed wifi codes that last only 2 hours, but the trouble is that the printouts are almost illegible and I hit the jackpot and actually connected after many failures! Once connected the wifi is quite strong. More mysteries and joys of ...

Today was fabulous! We woke and found that a night's sleep did wonders, no stiffness or sore feet, and bouncing ready to go! We walked 22.2 kms, and arrived here in Aumont-Aubrac soon after 2 pm. This is a real town with a mairie and post office and we are about to explore. Shouldn't take long as it is very small, but it is a pretty place, and we have to find somewhere for dinner, as tonight it is not part of ...
