... fresh which will be lovely as its meant to be quite warm later today. Apparently it's unseasonably warm here in Brittany this year, and in particular, this week so we're told to expect temperatures of 30-31 degrees. The ride starts out well, we have some rolling uphill struggle and downhills, not too steep and then we're on the canal path into Reddon - very flat for the next 20 kms. We arrive in Reddon at 11am and we take time ...

We spent the weekend in Bretagne, one day in Nantes, and a few days in the sea resort town of La Baule, spending some quality time with family, taking the sun, enjoying the food and exploring the surroundings.

Nous avons passe le weekend en Bretagne, un jour a Nantes puis quelques jours a La Baule. Nous avons pu nous y reposer, profiter de la famille, du soleil, de la cuisine francaise et explorer les allentours.

Thanks,
