    ... afternoon. All went well until a loud crack on P&Ps tandem signalled a broken spoke and buckled wheel. Fortunately we were near Pornic which has a Decathlon. After their bike mechanic took off gears, replaced spoke, tried the wheel we were underway again. We have camped on the outskirts of Pornic and done 45 miles - not all in the right direction!! PS.
