Very nice hotel but in the middle of no where and don't rely upon the hotel shuttle to pick you up if arriving International.

... was told that I had a pass to the Admiral's Club so I headed there for lunch, which turned out to be "Grown Up Grilled Cheese". I figured with a name like that it deserved a grown up drink to go with it, so of course I had a glass of wine to toast my takeoff!

... was incredible. We found it quite difficult on a number of occasions to approach the edge, it seemed far scarier at night! We spent a lot of time sitting on the floor...as did everyone else! The only sat part about this w that we left after a hour and were about five minutes away when we heard my very favourite thing....fireworks!!! Man, if only we had known to stay, what a view we would have had! Not that it mattered because we had such a fun ...

The first bar we were going to attend was closed for a private function which initially dissapointed us but I think in hindsight we got a better, authentic experience. We had decided to do this long stretch by train because it would be infinitely more comfortable than a bus, and the scenery was meant to be spectacular, all the way from Vancouver BC to Chicago. We were pleasantly surprised by the leg room and facilities on ...

... So as if an hour and a half layover for an international flight wasn't short as it is, I now have bigger issues. I have to get off the plane, go to baggage claim, RE check in with another airline, check my bag, go through security, find my terminal, and get on the London flight: all in just over an hour. Been praying more than ever it all works out this time! My post tomorrow, better be from Europe. Wishful ...
