    Very nice hotel but in the middle of no where and don't rely upon the hotel shuttle to pick you up if arriving International.

    Were getting good at this now, the public transport element of travelling that is. That said it was very helpful having Lucy with us finally (it was also nice too, despite me looking like I had some genetic mutation and somehow the short little sister) she knew the exact train we needed to get for 16 stops into downtown and which way to walk when we got out of the station too!   • Called home, and asked my mom to see if she could get in touch with Alitalia or at least with the travel agent who bought my ticket
  • Went all the way to Terminal 5 - I was at Terminal 3 - hoping that the Alitalia desk was open - and of course it was closed
