    ... a Scottish couple (so nice to speak English again), a glass of wine in the town square, bought a bag from a girl whose best friend has the 'Taste of Italy' restaurant in Oslo.
    In beautiful sun, swam in the Lake then washed my hair to classical music in the beautiful camp bathrooms, before dinner out tonight -although we mostly cook for ourselves - " (ed. its better and cheaper....)
    So, that's it for tonight.

    ... worst we have stayed at...
    Anyway....we headed off this morning after a fair bit of discussion, but still no real plan...and eventually found ourselves on the shores of Lago Di Bolssena, a huge fresh-water lake a bit north of Rome/Roma after an easy 300km leg......

    ... and the town seemed quite lively for such a dull day. We poked around the streets and became acquainted with our surroundings. Our real exploration of the town would happen later in the week with sunshine and warmth to help capture the charm of this authentic hill town of Tuscany.....a great choice from which to explore the many interesting destinations in southern Tuscany.
