... to their hotel after dinner and we retired to ours. I had a shower and did some computer stuff and noticed a few more bites before I crashed out.
The next morning, and I was COVERED again in bed-bug bites. This time was more severe, as I had over 100 bites that showed up over the next few days.
Jen also noticed a bite or two and with dread filled hearts at what was in store for us over the next few days we headed off.
... it was and finally at 5pm we concluded our ride in Manarola.
I cant believe we did it. No yellow jersey for me though.
Andrea was going to ride back to La Spezia (I think he barely raised a sweat). We could barely walk into town.

... actually trekking. It turns out, I was able to wander onto sea ledges, up stone steps and behind mini garden plots to find a few vantage points for taking photos from a distance - without actually being on the "official" trail.
