... pretty to the eye.
We walked around again trying to decide what to eat and settled on a chinese buffett you just filled your plate up with everything you wanted and stuffed yourself silly for 6 euro. I felt a bit off with my belly though after and left ian having a coffee near the river! I popped back to the room and Ian joined me later, this hostel is the first in Ulm and its really really nice the room is ...
So liebe Leute...
In wenigen Stunden heißt es auch schon "Good bye old Germany"!
I really dont have much time, so I´ll just say today was mostly driving.
We stopped at Ulm, where Einstein was born, for a quick touristy picture of the monument where his house used to be, as well as tooons of pics of the beautiful Ul Müenster (or something like that ...

Memmingen, Bavaria, Germany cariverga... with their name, place, and height. I was surprised to see I have visited a few of the tallest churches. However, my suspicions were confirmed that Cologne was (until today) the tallest church I have ever visited at 157m.
We decided to count the steps on the way down, because by the time we got to the top we couldn't remember how many we were told to expect. I counted 767 and my boyfriend had 769. When we returned to the ...
... ignoring rules they don't like :) So, I feel like my health is in a bit of decline.
Marigan, Stefan and I enjoy the feel of extreme adrenaline and so we rode every roller coaster in the park, however it was the test-ride trip that nearly did me in. You jerk back and forth, supposably test-driving a small car....about 500 feet in the air! I screamed until I couldn't anymore. We also saw a 4-D Bob ...
... and mushroom pizza and I think it was the be one ever. The pizza place owner was from Italy.
He tells us about the brook that runs through the town and it is 9 degrees C. if we would like to put our feet in it to cool off. He says the water from the brook comes from inside a cave that is about 1 ½ kms down the walking path.
We set off to find the cave. We walk by the neighbours front and they are going to barbeque. We commented on ...
... with a beautiful view overlooking Ulm (of course I didn't take a picture of that - was too drunk already) - Nandita driving Guenni and myself home on sunday morning, we thought that was the safest alternative... Thanks to Sarah and Patrick for a fantastic weekend and their hospitality - we did not believe it was going to be 'relaxed', but indeed it was !!
Ulm, Germany koehlers... if this is where His Nibs got the idea.
On to Ulm: One thing that we have noticed is that the mountains were turning into rolling hills very quickly. Traveling west, we left the Alps behind and got into more of a farming area. As we approached Ulm, we could see the Spire of the Munster. It is the tallest spire in the world. You can climb up 746 steps, all the way to the top. (It sounded like a challenge to me). I hope to tackle it on Friday. We arrived at the ...
