When we arrive at school, all the children run out and wave (some with their entire bodies it seemed), the teachers must hate us! Once the truck is unloaded everyone splits off to do their jobs. ... of the new roof reinforcement system. The kids are excited mostly for the "Re-Blessing" ceremony, but I am just grateful to have come this far already. We are planning to re-open the center and have it blessed again on the day of the communities Fiesta, the annual festival celebrating the patron saint of the area. I am hoping it will solidify the center as a safe haven once again in the community and help unify everyone.
