... gold mirror room was breath taking. We had lunch in a restaurant located on the old bridge – Franconian wine was a must. The walk up to the castle was rather wet. We have been so fortunate with the weather over the past few weeks. The castle was an impressive array of moats, gates and towers.

We enjoyed our continental breakfast early this morning as it included the lot not just a bread roll and jam which is what our tour guide told us to expect. ... place to visit. The majority of the graves are filled with live plants, trees, and flowers that are lovingly watered and tended. A lot of the markers are large wooden, carved crosses or metal sculptures. Finally, we went to some Christmas stores (there year-round) and back to the market again. We were so tired at the end of the day but felt like we had really seen the town. It's a great destination and a nice place to get over jet lag! We hope to return again ...
