Went through pag island today. Only island have ever seen which is basically rocks hardly ant vegetation. Is approx 40k long. Very harsh land but interesting. Then up what felt like 3ks in the air on a twisting road, my toes clutching the floor of the car on every inch. On our way to national park plitvice lakes tomorrow. Tonight suppose to be 3degrees so mountain country as eating dinner tonight with dead bears and dead eagle. ...

... Eigen baas, zit nergens aan vast, lekker karren. Monaco door, langs de kust van Italië tot Genova. Dwars door de bergen naar Venetie. Leuke stad trouwens, maar zo veel toeristen, nog nooit zo veel camera`s bij elkaar gezien. Snel weer door en super genoten van Slovenië en Kroatië, waar ik dit 2e deel heb zitten schrijven. Ben later met een paar anderen wat wezen eten en heb dit avontuur nog tot in de kleine uurtjes met een paar biertjes waardig afgesloten.

... We stayed in the town of Pag, about 30 km from the town of Novalja, home to Zrce Beach. We had not seen the videos above, and we really had no idea what to expect. The videos are close to accurate to the real experience there - it was too much. Far too much.
