    ... there was nothing of real interest. Once again there is a huge church with houses surrounding it.

    Once back at ST we sat outside and had a beer in the lovely hot sunshine. Whilst Isi cooked dinner, John had another walk as he felt there should be a shop somewhere and he did find one where he got some beers and bought isi some After Eight mints – yummy!

    ... SG who suffers badly from seasickness.

    *Our itinerary is compromised even on Day 1 by a 2 hour delay in sailing and a crossing at half power. ( 2 out of 4 engines are apparently not functioning )

    * Oh well, we had better get used to such minor (hopefully) frustrations. This is just a bit of training for hard core delays that will possibly happen further along our journey.
