Ellesmere
Back down the motorway on Thursday to Ellesmere Port where the Waterways museum is. I guess you have to like boats, especially narrow boats, to enjoy a day out here. Just like yeaterday the weather was kind n the morning, but by 3.30 it was getting dark and cold.
still, we had a good look around the museum and spent about three hours there. Lots of things to see and in summer there are boat trips up the canal.

He was quite funny as he was barking orders like they were his soldiers, they had plastic shields and swords and looked very serious. We then walked the main original street with its mix of old, older and much older such as Tudor buildings dated in the 1600's, lots of people and a market atmosphere with Xmas stalls.
