... cute, but don't worry Tatie not as cute as you. :)
We drove past a lot of yellow hills and at first they confused me but then I found out that they are gold hills! We went more into houses and there was some hills and Aseil said that they were Beverly Hills! Well joburgs version.
We drove for a little while stopping every now and then to talk about Africa and its history.

... could feel that we had left West Africa and we had returned to a 'normal' Western society.
As we shopped for traveling supplies, electronic luxuries and new books to read, we continued to feel the culture shock. ... the outside loo, (i have seen them before), it was the fact that the dog had decided to have puppies right next to the toilet and every time you went to the loo the dog would growl the whole time, very off putting when all you hear is a growling dog and cannot see it whilst doing your business.

Anyway that finishes off my stay in Benoni, now heading off to the game reserve for three weeks.

... a hotbed for violent crime (with a number of the high-rise buildings being taken over by squatters) and, outside of a 9-5 day for office workers, it is rarely visited by anyone who values their wallet, car or life.
