... without a clue in the world. We approached the woman behind the first desk, nose pierced, knotted hair and asked "we want to go travelling?" at first she didn't say anything, but her response was written all over her face "no ****". But in a more diplomatic answer she replies "where do you want to go?". To be honest we hadn't a clue, we filled our arms with all the brochures they had to offer, walked out and had a thorough read through. After much deliberation we set ...

I knew he was swinging the ball away from me quite a bit so I knew I had to play straight and not hit across the line, anything that started on the stumps I could leave. If I thought yesterday was an active, day was hyper-active! I had scrambled eggs on toast this morning before we went out the door and walked into Dearneside to go to the gym. The trip in took us just over an hour and is a tick over 6km, so it is safe to say we don't have to do any warming up on the cardio equipment when we get there. I tried a new lifting technique today at the gym, it is called rest pause. I did ...

... sun and a little pick me up. Tired after 23 miles, we ordered a pint of Black Sheep reviving ale and casually remarked what a shame we couldn't just stay here. " Oh but you can!" Said the man behind the bar who happened to be the GM! At first he happily did us a deal, which the owner, Bob, has kindly made gratis as a contribution to our charity. We have subsequently enjoyed a delicious supper and a couple of Pimms!! Just as well tomorrow should be a relatively easy ...
