    ... passed 25-30 years ago. Many fond memories of visiting my Grandma Renwick, Uncle Bill and Aunt Dot/Uncle Jack here almost every year.The 3 houses she had on the property looked well taken care of and freshly painted.     Boy, isn't that the truth! As much as I love traveling, as much as I love South America, we sure do have it great here in our country. I am the first to tell you that I take so many little things for granted. Brushing my teeth with tap water, eating salad (can't do that in third world countries), walking down our streets without worrying about being "the foreigner", eating food that we understand, speaking our own language.

    There are some things that are perfectly fine to buy economy. Flour. Milk. Surprisingly potato chips (I highly recommend home brand chicken and plain). Then there are things you should never buy economy. Ice cream. Toilet paper. Long haul airline travel is the toilet paper of the skies.
