... the horses. The Spanish riding horses are housed in the centre of the city and ride through daily for exercises. Then they go to the country for a rest break to be horses and eat grass, lovely!! ... and then back so we did do some exercise today. As it turned out, the others said it had been a really good ride, the rain stopped and it was easy to follow. Oh well, never mind. Back on board and we went up for afternoon coffee and were happy chatting with other people for quite some time. All of a sudden someone said to us our names were being called over the PA. Overall, this is a fantastic holiday. The ship meals are a tad predictable, the cruise director takes some getting used to, friends foibles become more noticeable, but the rides and the attractions are amazing.
