There are a few styles of Kungfu that can be practiced. There is a hard style and a soft style. The terms hard and soft denote how forceful a defender counters an attack. This can be armed or unarmed. The Yin and Yang symbol represent the hard (Yang) and soft ...

Next, we learned how to make paper cuts. This process takes patience and time. To complete a small paper cut (greeting card size), it takes about 8 hours. Some of the larger poster-sized paper cuts take about 3 days ( 8 hours each day). We were able to cut and create the character for happiness, which is "xi."
