A trip to Mon Klimt - (from the Coral Sea to the Baltic Sea)Mon is an island in the Baltic Sea between Falster and Zealand. The island consists of nearly all types of Danish landscapes-Beech woods, fertile fields of bright green grain, moors, reed forests, salt meadows, abounding birdlife and white sandy beaches. It is also home to the famous Mons Klimt, high magnificent 8 km long white chalk cliffs with attendant fables of an ancient King or ...

... of the waves of the clear water and with swans busy feeding just offshore. Very nice and we would have walked longer but the clouds were looking threatening and indeed, by the time we left the shop back in the village it was bucketing down and we got somewhat wet. I wasn't able to run as I was carrying 48 cans of pilsener, it’s cheaper here that in Sweden!

After lunch we popped over to Green Belt and spent an hour or ...
