Very beautiful old city and ruins. 300 days of sunshine a year. Visited the Knights of St John castle. We have now visited the 7 wonders of the Ancient Greek and Roman world without really trying! Very warm day again but moderately cooler at 31 than they had 3 days ago - 47c. Sailed to Symi this afternoon, a very beautiful town with colourful houses perched on the side of the harbour. Back in Monolithos for the night, we delighted in yet another fantastic dinner in Greece at a small taverna there. We laughed and laughed the rest of the day and night about the tow truck driver's terseness but were grateful to be back on track with an operating car and a great place to stay with amazing views from high above the sea.
