I chose the best flight deal I could find from the New York area to Santo Domingo, a redeye flight from JFK Airport that got me to my destination at 4:30 A.M. I chose Santo Domingo because of direct flights from New York, but there are apparently direct flights from the U.S. to several other airports in the Dominican Republic.
