One of the plantations has a tea room that litearlly extends over the fields of tea plants. The Highlands also provided me several hours of jungle trekking, and because it was a bit rainy, I spent a lot of time on my hands and knees crawling up steep muddy slopes.

Nach neun Stunden mit der Jungle Railway sind wir Nachmittags in Kuala Lipis angekommen. Die Zugfahrt war unbeschreiblich und vor allem ist die Atmosphaere sehr schwer zu beschreiben. Man faehrt durch eine Art gruenen Tunnel, sogar das Ellenbogen aus dem Fenster strecken ist unmoeglich. Es ist heiss, stickig und stinkig, aber trotzdem eine super Sache, die nur zu empfehlen ist!
