    ... the boats. Most of them seemed to serve more-or-less the same food, so we chose one where we could sit on the water's edge.

    The food was good, as was the house wine (and cheap!). When we enquired about their desserts, the waitress told us that they've got "Green pudding", which we assumed meant Greek pudding.     ... It was a buffet & everything was delicious but our favorite was a tomato pancake which sounds awful but was amazing. And, of course, more Santorini wine.

    After lunch, we visited one of the island's beaches, which is very rocky and has a lot of /very dark volcanic rock. I brought home a few pieces. The water was very clear and we put out toes into it to feel the cold water-not much for swimming.
