Not quite satisfied with my pretentious need to "find the real Hong Kong", I hopped back on the Metro and over to Kowloon again for another sweep of the Temple Street Night Market and dinner in a seedy looking (and sounding, and feeling) shack made, it appeared, from copies of its own menu.
