... scooter and head off to Georgetown. At the time of our arrival, there was a very strong current running against us as we moved up the river. We say one boat anchored where we intended to stop (A Canadian boat actually with a big flag flying 'S/V Savannah' from Toronto) and we motored past and attempted to drop the hook. I saw flamingos, lions(African and Asiatic), tigers and bears (oh my), deers, zebras, giraffes, leopards, hyenas, hippos, elephants, buffaloes and wallabies-to name a few. It did shock me that I was so close. I thought, "there is no way I am walking any of these trails in the dark." Most animals on the tram ride have no enclosures that ...

... the hotel, we couldn't resist finding a local bar to properly enjoy a Singapore Sling... But then ended up kind of regretting this when we saw the price of a cocktail here... S$18... About 10. OH ****. Well we're here now, we thought... May as well suck it up! Luckily, the cocktails tasted really good... And so they bloody should at that price! We then enjoyed our late midnight picnic treats in our room overlooking a lit-up Singapore and watching a ...
