    ... on the tour. Its incredible to walking through this history. We walk and walk and walk some more. In awe of the buildings and architecture. 87% of Berlin was bombed and incredibly the buildings were rebuilt to their original grandeur. The craftsmanship is incredible. We visit check point charlie or as Barnaby calls it 'disneyland'.     ... with a 6th floor of gourmet food to rival Harrods. Bought some goodies for lunch and ate outside in the courtyard at the hotel. A quieter day today.     ... that really appealled so in the end we found a resturant across the road from the palace and ordered an English breakfast. We thought we had been alright in changing the menu from fried eggs to scrambled but missed out on the bacon. It ended up in my scrambled eggs that Tim couldn't eat so we had to order some extra bacon. So much for thinking we were clever in our communication skills. .
